1. New Vision is a private club, you must have a membership to enter the store.
2. Membership Requirements:
A. Be 18 years of age or older
B. Present a valid picture ID
C. Pay a one time life time membership fee of $5.00
3. To rent you must provide a second form of verification for your address.
(ie... car reg, utility bill, credit card bill, ect...)
4. Late fees must be paid before renting again.
5. No harrassment or solicitation of other customers (inside or outside) -This could result in your membership being revoked.
6. No alcohol or drugs allowed on the property.
7. Please use the ashtrays provided.
8. For locations with arcades you must purchase $5.00 in tokens before entering the arcade area.
9. No loitering or solicitation in the parking lot.
